About Me

FB_IMG_1459268855882 (1)

Hello all! Thanks for visiting my personal blog.

The entries often come to me overnight or in the early morning hours. Then, with one eye open, the other too tired to budge, I start typing away on my smart phone. A blank email often acts as my makeshift canvas. I think that is when I am the most creative and am likely trying to solve the worlds’ problems [insert chuckle] as well as understand life in a deeper way.

I love to write. I always have. It has been my creative outlet, a problem solver, and a clarifier. I also do it for a living. I am a journalist who has worked for several local news stations. I believe in the power of knowledge, education, community and civic duty. My goal… to put quality on the air.

I also want to freely share life’s beauty and its oddities.

I want to provoke thought.

I want to learn and teach through experience.

I want to simply take some time to appreciate the little things in life and the people who are my world.

Feel free to browse as you wish, and be sure to follow my blog along with any of my social media accounts. I try to keep it interesting.

Comments and questions are always welcome.

Thanks again for stopping by!

Ann
